The aroma of spice cookies is filling my kitchen. I couldn't be more excited. I love recipes that have been passed down, and this one happens to be from my grandma. They are my favorite cookie that she makes, and always bring a smile to my face when I see that she brought them along. She packages them just perfectly and somehow they are all the same shape and size as well.
This is my first attempt at making them myself, and it was a success! (Okay, maybe not the shape, but the taste at least!)
Now... off to make a cup of tea and to have dessert before dinner.
