Back in time: Day trip to Heidelberg

As I was looking through photos the other day I found these gems from a quick day trip this fall to Heidelberg, a beautiful German city only one hour away from Ludwigsburg. We were fortunate to take my parents there when they visited us for Christmas. However, it was cold and rainy and I only snapped a few photos which makes me all the more thankful to have these ones from a pleasant sunny day.
